Digital Divide?

This blog was for collaboration in WSIS process. Contributions were made by WFD experts and friends. Posted entries, comments, and mailings were read both by Markku Jokinen, the president of WFD, and Dr Antti Raike, WFD Expert on technology who represented WFD in the Summit in Tunis. WFD is a member of International Disability Alliance (IDA).

A colleague from Toronto emailed this link announcing that Kofi Annan unveiled the 100.00 dollar lap top at the conference to address the issue of the digital divide.
